Whatever the purpose may be, we will only collect information to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfill your requests and our legitimate business objectives.

Personal information you provide to us
All of the personal information we receive comes directly from our guests. If you choose to contact us with feedback or questions, we collect your first name and email address. This information is only used for the purpose of contacting you in regards to your request. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will collect your date of birth and email address. For more information on data collecton from children, please be sure to review our section “How we treat children’s information.”

Demographic information we collect from you
We collect demographic information, such as general location, operating system, and browser type, which is anonymous information that cannot be used alone to directly identify and contact you. If demographic information is collected at the same time as your personal information, we combine the demographic information with your personal information. 3. How we treat children’s information
With the exception of newsletter sign-up, we do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 13 through our Website. In the event that a child subscribes to one of our newsletters, we will collect the child’s date of birth, email address, and parent’s email address in order to notify the parent that the child has subscribed. We take children’s privacy seriously, and encourage parents to play an active role in their children’s online experience at all times.

Certain portions of our Website (e.g., a contact form for support) may allow all users (including children under 13) to disclose a limited amount of personal information without first telling us their age or obtaining parental permission. Such portions of our Website operate activities or provide services in a way that, according to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) (a U.S. federal law), does not require prior parental notice or consent.

Parents have the right to review, update, and/or request for us to remove their child’s personal information from our database (including unsubscribing their child from our newsletter) at any time, by emailing us at privacy@jet.me.
